Once purchased, you will receive instant access to your files via download link or email.


2. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all eligible purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or face any issues, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

✅ The digital files have not been shared, resold, or used commercially.
✅ You have made a genuine effort to use or access the product.
✅ You can provide proof of purchase (order ID or payment receipt).


3. Refunds Are Not Applicable If:

  • You change your mind after downloading the product.

  • You purchased the product by mistake.

  • You don’t have compatible software to use the files.

  • You downloaded the files and then request a refund without a valid reason.

  • You attempt to misuse or redistribute the files.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.


4. Technical or Download Issues

If you encounter problems such as corrupted files, broken links, or incorrect downloads, please contact us at support@digivora.digital.
We’ll either replace the product or issue a full refund within 3 business days after verifying the issue.


5. Order Cancellations

Since our products are delivered digitally and instantly, orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
If you have not downloaded the product yet, you may contact us within 24 hours of purchase to cancel manually.
